E-Statements

You can access your Memorial Credit Union account statement online by signing up for E-Statements. This will not only help eliminate the paper mail that arrives at your home, but you will be able to access your statement several days before you would normally receive a paper statement.

In order to view or sign up for E-Statements, login to MCU Online.

Sign Up for E-Statements

  • Register for MCU Online to get enrolled in E-Statements.
  • Click the E-Statement tab and you’ll be presented with a User Agreement to View. If you accept the terms and conditions, click “Delivery Preferences” and select your statement preference.
  • Lastly, confirm your email address on file by checking the correct address or “add now” email address.

Frequently Asked Questions

An E-Statement is the electronic version of your traditional paper statement delivered through credit union statement mailing. It contains all the same information as the paper copy, such as your transaction history and current balances. However, it is delivered to you through our secure, online banking platform instead of by mail.

To enroll in E-Statements, first log into your MCU Online Banking account. Navigate to the E-Statements section under “Account Services”. Follow the prompts to register for E-Statements, agree to the terms and conditions, and confirm your email address for notifications.

Yes, you can still opt to receive paper statements even if you are enrolled in E-Statements. You can manage your delivery preferences in the online banking portal, where you can choose to receive either, both, or switch between them at any time.

To switch from paper statements to E-Statements, log into your MCU Online account and go to the E-Statements section. You’ll find an option to change your delivery preferences from paper to electronic. Confirm your choice and ensure your email address is registered to receive notifications.

First, check your spam or junk email folders to ensure the statements aren’t being redirected. Then, please verify that your email address is updated in the system. If you still have issues, don’t hesitate to contact us for prompt assistance.

Past E-Statements can be accessed by logging into your MCU Online Banking account and navigating to the E-Statements section. There, you will find a history of your statements, typically available for a certain period. You can view, download, or print these statements for your records as needed.
